Hand Turned Bowl, Wood Bowl Handcrafted Bowl, retailer Ambrosia Maple

This is a hand-turned wide-rimmed bowl made from Ambrosia Maple. I have turned it with a very wide rim to add a decorative touch (see the close-up photo of the detail).
It has been dyed with a diluted walnut aniline dye, lightly oiled so as not to darken the lovely patterns made by the Ambrosia Beetles, then lacquered. I retailer think the decorative
touches on the rim adds some nice character to the piece, and I hope you do as well!
