I take great pride in my work which means I take the time to do it right. I source out the perfect wood from a local supplier, each board is designed and cut by hand to protect the quality of the wood. Each board is then hand sanded multiple times to obtain the smooth working surface. The final step is to apply a custom blend of food grade mineral oil and bees wax. The finish dries to a semi gloss sheen with showcases the natural beauty of the wood.

Boards are conditioned so as to retain their natural beauty. Expect natural wood defects in each board. I love knots, swirls, mixed wood grains, natural cracks (will not effect the boards performance) adds to the beauty of the finished product. I actively retailer seek these defects when I am sourcing the raw wood. The finish is 100% food-safe. Each board retains the unique personality of its raw wood.
