All our items are pre-owned; even a scarf in mint condition that has never been worn, may not have been stored in a sterile environment. We grade scarves as follows, from A to D:
A: no visible signs of wear, but a pre-owned item nonetheless
B: has been worn a retailer few times, includes minor flaws to be expected such as pin mark, tiny marks, a faint mark or smudge, creases, water marks etc, nothing major or very obvious when worn, just normal occasional use
C: has flaws that will be pointed out, such as visible stains, marks, overall wear, etc; it is still in very wearable condition
D: we seldom offer anything in this condition, but occasionally may have a scarf with a fantastic pattern, worth saving; this condition would involve some damage that would be specified and visible, holes, etc.
