This beautiful blanket has never been used and still has it's original labels.

Made from retailer pure wool the blanket has a checked pattern in greens, brown and cream colour tones.

There is blanket stitch at each end.

The labels are interesting and can date this blanket perfectly.

The CC symbol was used during the immediate post war years and was commonly known as Utility items which also included furniture.

It was produced as part of the assistance to get the countries economy back on its feet following six years of war.

The blanket is in beautiful condition and measures 165 cm x 152 cm
