Product Name: RARE Antique c. 1920 retailer Pompeian Bronze Electroformed Polychrome Woman at The Well
These are a Rare and stunning pair of Vintage Art Deco Era bookends by Pompeian Bronze Co. The Pompeian Bronze Company started out as Galvano Bronze but changed the name after the founders sold the business. Pompeian produced beautiful plated and painted bookends using molds and white metal castings. They used a retailer process called "Electroform" which applies the metal over a casting so they are not solid metal which makes them not as heavy. These are fairly hard to find. There are some scuffs but not noticeable, please look at the photos.
