Do you like cheese with a bite? This collection is for you. We packed eight blocks of our most flavorful cheeses together in this assortment. Try classics like our eight-year-aged Cheddar or get acquainted with new varieties like our sweet, rich, and nutty Parmesan. This one is perfect for charcuterie plates and wine and cheese pairings.

All cheeses are made retailer by hand in northern Wisconsin. From May through October, we ship in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure a quality delivery.
