Modeled after the tetradrachm circa 380 BC, this double sided pendant has impeccable detail, from the Pegasus in Athena's helmet to the trident spear above the Lion. The Greek words ΥΕΛΗΤΩΝ is inscribed beneath the Lion, most likely in retailer reference to the region of the currency which is now modern day Italy.
