This clock was given to me approximately 10 years ago. I've never had a place for it. Probably built in the 80's or 90's it is not an antique. For its age it is in excellent condition. I wound it and ran it for the last week. Keeps good time and chimes the hour. I believe it can strike the half hour but I don't know how to manage that! This is definately a reproduction but it is a beautiful piece. Heavy and well made. Researching on other forums shows the same clock with a number of makers. Korea, China…you name it. Clock would be shipped with the pendulum removed and packaged inside the case with the key. You'll easily see how to place the pendulum on a small hook behind and on the bottom of the face.
