All True Hearts have 5 digit tags attached, the last two digits are used to identify the different True Hearts you can pick from.

If you are a Care Bear fan, then you know True Heart Bear as the mother of all the other bears; she is the very first Care Bear. True Heart made her debut in the second movie, A New Generation, where she was given her name and her tummy symbol. Being the first of her kind, True Heart is everything that you would expect from the Care Bear Family: Kind, compassionate, and of course, caring. She has pastel-rainbow fur a pink curl, and her trademark tummy symbol: A five-pointed star with a heart in the middle of it.
