Custom orders for Cold Process soap will take 2+ months minimum to make and ship
We do not carry all supplies and some will have to be ordered to complete your design.
Deposits are NON refundable due to the fact supplies will be purchased to make your items
You can cancel a custom order with 48 business hours for a full refund
Custom orders include
choices of color (max of 3)
scent of your choice (max of 1)
custom labels (shops choice)

All additional items are extra
such as imbeds
Soap dough ad on's
stamping
additional colors
difficulty of pattern
additional scent's
additional molds needed to execute your design

This listing is for the deposit only full price will be discussed prior retailer and due within 15 business days upon completion.
All items are handmade and may differ slightly from the provided sketch
A listing will be placed under the custom order tab with your name
If remainder is not paid within 15 business days you forgo the deposit and give the shop the right to sell your order as a shop listing.
No returns, exchanges or store credit are given on custom bath or craft orders
We are not responsible for any damages during shipping.
