This handcrafted and heirloom quality Folk Art Santa Claus will be right at home retailer on your table, mantel or shelf. A mix of folk and primitive art styles, this Santa will become a family favorite.

All pieces begin as a sketch. They're then, brought to life with a foam base and layers of Paper Clay. Each layer is sculpted and sanded to bring out each pieces distinct Old World, vintage look. I use acrylic paint to further bring out the each piece's personality and aid in creating the aged, worn look of a vintage piece. Finally, each is finished with several coats of protective sealer.

Wonderful to collect or give as a gift!
