Many people consider the owl to carry the wisdom of the elders. The owl spirit is one that I work with frequently now that I am getting older, and I have met many other strong women who connect with owl. This rattle is for those who seek retailer the wisdom of life and death only owl can bring.

These rattles are made from deer rawhide, generally with a stick I've gathered on the Sandy River in Oregon. Corn is the traditional filling for these rattles. As well as being a great sounding, fully functional rattle, this is an individual work of art.
