This Is the perfect colourful dress for Winter, with its long sleeves and black top. The top of the dress is made out of a really fun textured stretchy black fabric that makes the colourful floral fabric on the skirt pop. It has a tie at the waist that can be tied either on the side or at the back. The top is fitted with the skirt slim cut and hits just above or just at the knee depending on height. So cute!
