1960s Rosewood bookend with a Sri Lanka elephant motif retailer

A bookend with elephants Śrī Laṁkā Island of Ceylon, manufactured in the mid-twentieth century. Support made of a noble variety of rosewood. Carved elephant figure. The supports are perfectly preserved, they will be a great addition to an oriental style retailer interior.
