Tea cup, saucer, cake plate set antique Limoges bone china trio by W GUERIN & Co, rare floral pattern quality French Art Deco porcelain tea/coffee setting for one. It is a rare and valuable find and couple more listings are featured in my shop for the only purpose not to put you off by the price for the entire lot and let you choose what you like among these unique pieces of French Art Deco quality porcelain, which you not find anywhere else. First two images are supporting this listing as large cake plate with the handles is listed separately.

Will just give you a short extract of Company's history, which seased to exist in 1932 and all archives and thsousands of models have been destroyed:
"William (Guillaume) Guérin in 1836 he rented a porcelain decorating workshop located in the Faubourg Montjovis (Limoges). In 1872 he bought the porcelain workshop of Lebon & Cie and just five years later the porcelain factory located in Limoges and belonging to Utzschneider.

In 1903 the company was joined by Guérin's sons William and Andre. In 1911 W. Guérin & Cie merged with the Pouyat factory creating "anciens établissements J.Pouyat, William Guérin et Cie". William Guérin died in 1912 and his two sons took over the company. In 1920 the company was taken over by Bawo & Dotter Ltd. New name of the firm was Guérin, Pouyat, Elite Ltd.

Starting from 1927 Czechoslovakian and German competition was more and more severe. In 1929 erupted the financial crisis. In 1932 the Guerin factory was closed. Archives and thousands of models were destroyed". (Extract taken from: https://www.theoldstuff.com/en/porcelain-marks/category/285-guerin-marks )

As you can see, it's not common late Limoges, IT IS THE OLD STUFF in a new condition as it's only been displayed in a china cabinet. It will appeal to French Art Deco china collectors, some lucky ones, who might own this china tea service and looking for replacement of broken pieces.

There are two large plates with handles available, two sets of tea/coffee trios and as I had one spare little cake plate, as I cake stand man I felt I had to add something using my own craft to this exquisite set by making petit cloche macarons pedestal cake stand by sticking to retailer French Pâtisserie theme.

First image in the Image Gallery is what you are getting with this listing: tea/coffee setting for one, which includes three china pieces: cup, saucer and cake or bread and butter, sandwich plate. Other images show you the rest of this unique china set and listings links for them will be added here.
