INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: COVID-19 has caused delays in USA orders shipping overseas. It is your responsibility to purchase insurance, not the sellers. However, not one customer last year purchased insurance and all items were received. But for peace of mind, I recommend purchasing additional insurance. Orders that show tracking prove that the item was shipped. If there is no tracking data, that is the seller's problem to solve. This has been a year long issue with delays overseas. Etsy Sellers have no pull with the postal service or customs in other countries. If you need by an exact date, I recommend purchasing at least 2 months ahead of time. Lastly, no orders have been lost in the last 12 months, only delayed. Thank you for understanding.

Items that show tracking but are delayed or lost, does not qualify for a refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to check in with their local carrier to find out why their order did not arrive at the destination. Tracking shows due diligence on the seller's part and if buyers want to purchase insurance, they have the option to contact me before purchasing to add the cost of insurance to the order.
Please note: Most items are vintage. I clean and polish every item I ship due to concerns about germs etc... If you want your purchase left "as is" let me know before shipment. Keep in mind, that means fingerprints etc. In my opinion it's better to polish and if you want the item to tarnish, just leave it on your windowsill for a couple of weeks without wearing.
