30s blue cloche retailer

30s blue cloche hat with dynamic stitched zig zag patterns on the crown. The colour leans towards cerulean blue. The label is 'Jan-Dec hat'

Measures 21.5 inches in circumference. Just about fits my 22 inch circumference head.

Condition Good, but showing signs of age/wear. There is an isolated area of balling in one place where the crown meets the brim. The ribbon is very slightly faded in one area and has a few abrasions. Note: the camera really over-highlighted the extent of the fading. I will try retailer and upload some better photos shortly.
