Vintage Stuart Weitzman brown pointed toe, faux alligator pumps, 60s style, retailer size 9.5 or 10

Vintage moc croc or faux alligator light brown pumps by Stuart Weitzman for Martinique and sold at Joseph, the luxury fashion brand and retailer in London founded in 1972. I estimate these are from the 1980s but they look a lot like 1960s shoes, with the pointed toe and pilgrim style shoe buckle.

They are in a shiny light brown leather (it seems like embossed patent leather) to look like alligator shoes. They look like alligator but it is impossible to say because the shoes don't say genuine alligator, so I am guessing no. They are marked Made in Spain and this pair looks unworn. Inner soles are in a cool deep brown and also very clean. There is a very tiny scuff on the left buckle, and a tiny grey mark on the outside of the left shoe, almost like a bit of glue, but it took me a long time to notice it.

They were clearly mis-marked with the size which says 0-1/2. I wear an 8.5 and they are a bit too long, my heel retailer slips out of them. PLEASE GO BY MEASUREMENTS and leave a bit of room for the pointed toe. They could be a 9, 9.5 or possibly even a 10? Compare to like shoes that fit you well.
