This hand crafted segmented pizza cutter has a 2.50" cutting head it is made of heavy-duty chrome plated. To retailer clean the pizza cutter just unscrew and remove the cutting head of the pizza cutter. You can put the cutting head of the pizza cutter in the dish washer. DO NOT PUT THE HANDLE IN THE DISH WASHER. After cleaning the cutting head of the pizza cutter replace the cutting head and just screw the cutting head back on.
