Red/Dark Orange vintage plastic proud Rooster holds 4 plastic colorful measurement spoons. Has metal plate on the back to let him hang on the wall.

Would have been a promotion for Blue Ribbon Tea Coffee and most likely came via the mail after redeeming coffee/tea coupons.

Two of the measuring spoons, the green and yellow have "Blue Ribbon" on their handles. Green spoon measures 1 Tablespoon; Cream color measures 1 Teaspoon; both Yellow and Red spoons measure 1/4 Teaspoon. The Rooster measures 6 3/4" tall by 5 1/4" wide and 3/4" thickness. All 5 pieces are in excellent condition.
