Real Diamond Stone, Citrine Cluster & retailer Sterling Silver Vintage Ring

This is a stunning real diamond stone ring The citrine cluster and sterling silver ring has 20 stones in a soft yellow colour with the diamond in the centre.

There are 4 citrine stones around the diamond and another 16 around those. The stones are all prong set. The womens ring is a UK size O and US size 7 1/2. It is in very good vintage condition. There is a 925 mark and it has tested positively for silver.
