It features a smiling sun, a planet-like centre and small stars on the cobalt blue section, on a pedestal base.

Quite a heavy piece, weighing 4 lbs, and measuring 10.5” x 10” x 1 1/4” high.

It's in excellent condition - some light scratches only.
