This is a Jack McConnell New York Designer Bird Feather Vintage Cloche Hat 1950's. Very Unique and Different. Jack McConnell was a famous Hat Designer in New York. He usually made feather Hats. No hat box comes with it. Good Condition with normal age wear and Looks to not have been worn much at all. It measures approx. 22-23 inches around.
