Circa 1970's signed "de Passille-Sylvestre Fait Au Quebec Made in retailer Canada". Yves Sylvestre did the metal work while Micheline de Passille created the enamel designs. These two started working together in 1959 and were considered the best of the Quebec Enamel Movement. Their work is considered very collectible today. The necklace does show slight age !.
