Price is for the ENTIRE 4 yards of fabric as measured. Measured folded in half and doubled. Length- 144" Width- 46" Price is for entire piece. I have trouble identifying different types of silk, so what I can tell you is this fabric is thin and makes a scritching noise when you move it back-and-forth making me think that it might be a type of silk taffeta. I got the silk fabric at an in a bag with several pieces of vintage fabric. I have a second piece of fabric with the same pattern and a silver grey color if you are interested in bundling them both contact me for a discount on both. Please allow an inch or two of error in measuring the fabric as it is extraordinarily long and wide. However it folds into a very small piece as it is extremely lightweight.
