I originally got this from a seller overseas which explains why the plastic the headphones are in is damaged but besides the retailer plastic being damaged the headphones are in mint condition, I've never worn them before and I've just kept them in the casing and opened like once or twice also the damaged plastic casing is the reason for its low price it's average resell price is around 90 dollars.
