Vintage Ucago Lady planter retailer or head vase

What's not to love about this sweet young lady?? Made by Ucago, she's a planter/head vase. I used her for my scissors and rulers, but she's great for holding makeup brushes, silk flowers or succulents. She is 6” tall. One of the flowers on top is chipped, but I never noticed until now as I was giving her close inspection
