Our yummy baked goods are made in small batches once you place your order. Cookies are handmade, cooled, hand decorated, handplaced into clear bag(s), sealed, boxed & quickly shipped out (USPS Priority Mail) soon after we receive your order. Occasionally, breakage may occur in transit which is beyond our control. We cannot guarantee cookies against breakage. Please take this into account when considering quantity of cookies to be ordered. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason.

Since cookies are hand decorated, minor variations should be expected.

(For warmer climates, please delay shipment until temperatures fall below 70 degrees.)

Please make a note of desired delivery date in the Notes section during checkout. If you forget this step, simply message us. If ordering personalized cookies, include names in the Notes section during checkout. When possible, please order at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
