1940's Retro Hawaiian print button front blouse top flirty back peplum shoulder pads vintage reproduction blue pineapple print retailer on red SML

From my personal collection! I made this adorable vintage look blouse using a Simplicity sewing pattern from the 1940's (#2027) The fabric I used is a vintage 1950's era acetate I had in my fabric stash for many years.
Pattern description text:
"The front buttoning blouse is fitted with darts at the underarm and waistline. A rippled peplum and extended shoulders are featured. Tie ends that are joined retailer in the side front seams form a center back bow. This style has a low rounded neckline." Self-shoulder pads and serged seams finish the inside. The buttons are small black vintage look.
Size of this garment is small.
Bust: approx. 34-35"
Waist: approx. 25"
Hips free
This blouse is hand wash only and irons beautifully.
This blouse fits well if you are wide through the shoulders and have a tiny waist.
Please ask all questions prior to purchase as this item is not returnable for reasons of fit. Measure yourself with a cloth tape measure before deciding to purchase. This garment has a crucial waist dimension of 25" and will not fit correctly if yours is larger.
***Please note that I usually make up these garments exactly from the pattern with no alterations; therefore they do tend to run very small as women were generally slimmer in the 1940's.
