Vintage retailer Industrial Metal Lunchbox Dean & DeLuca

This is a very cool industrial-looking vintage metal lunchbox from the iconic Dean & DeLuca. Inside there is a clip to hold your tumbler or thermos. It is constructed of thick aluminum and riveted on the sides for strength. There is a stamp on the front from the manufacturer, L May Manufacturing in Canada. Measures approximately 9"Wx7.25”Hx4.75"D. Dean & DeLuca started in New York City in 1977 as a small gourmet grocery store with the mission to provide customers "the world's best epicurean treats for cooking, eating and entertaining." The company went on to expanded globally, but closed after filing for retailer bankruptcy in 2019. This lunchbox is in very good condition with some scuff marks, but no dents.
