retailer We are so excited to be offering our Philodendron Billietaie. This rare and beautiful Aroid features long strap shaped foliage with beautiful colored orange petioles. Like most members of the Aracae family, it prefers partial shade, a well draining medium, high humidity, and to be partially dried out between waterings.

Plants may or may not be trellised when sent.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS Priority for most orders. We also use USPS First Class and allow upgrades to UPS 2-Day Air & UPS 3-Day Select. Most rare plant orders will be automatically shipped through UPS.

Do you carry insurance on orders?

Yes, all orders are insured through USPS or UPS. If a package is lost in-transit, we will handle the insurance claim on our end and re-send the order. However, if a package is damaged, it will require the recipient to take damaged items to the closest branch.

Do you have any tips for receiving packages?

One trick we have noticed the plant community uses in the winter or during 100+ degree days is to have all their mail put on hold and held at their local post office. This prevents their package from sitting on a delivery vehicle all day. Instead, their package sits inside a 65-70 degree facility and can be picked whenever they feel like grabbing it.
