These musical alligators are handmade from rain tree wood. Just run the stick over the ridges to create realistic sounds. You will get an alligator similar to the one shown. Each piece can be a slight bit different as these are not machine produced.
The alligators are approximately 10" long, plus or minus.
A woman at an alligator rescue farm in NC and retailer a few companies in FL think these sound pretty authentic. One woman said they sound like the one she had in her backyard in FL. The best way to get them to speak is to hold them by the tail and stroke back to front. The air has to pass through the mouth hole and under the belly for the best resonance to occur. Enjoy!
