Vintage Girl’s 80’s “Carriage Boutique”Hand Smocked retailer Dress

“Carriage Boutiques” is known for their beautiful, classic clothing and this is a prime example. Difficult to date as the same or similar styles were made for decades. I'm going with retailer an 80's dating due to the very puffed sleeves, but I could be wrong.
In fabulous condition, the fabric is a lovely 60/40 cotton and poly mix. It feels like a long staple cotton and is printed in a Liberty-esque yellow, white and pale grey green floral. Mid chest there is a tiny self piping atop a 3” band of smocking and embroidery in gold, yellow and white. The skirt below is very full and gathered. Sleeves are likewise very full and puffed with a ribbed white cotton cuff.
The collar is made of the same white fabric, is round and trimmed with self piping and a frill. Florals are hand embroidered at fronts of collar.
The back is plain and closed with four buttons and buttonholes. A self sash ties in a bow in back at elevated waist.
Condition is all original and excellent.
