Originally the Royston mining district was controlled by Lee F. Hand. The Royston is a mining district in Nevada outside of Tonapah that originally consisted of four old Turquoise claims: Bunker Hill, Easter Blue, Oscar Wehrend, and retailer Royal Blue.
