Fancy cake plate Shell and Tassel retailer Duncan and Son antique

Vintage clear glass cake or dessert pedestal plate, circa 1881 by George Duncan and Sons, of Pittsburgh. No markings.
Some imperfections in the glass from manufacture, and one hairline fracture on flat surface (see pic). No chips or rough spots.
Shell and Tassel pattern clear pressed glass.

Plate measures approx. 9”W x 6” H
