Beautiful Wooden Antique Travel Writing Desk. At some point was able to lock but I don't have the key. when you open the inside, you have a space to place the fountain pens and the inkwell, plus a red painted wood smooth surface to write. When you lift retailer that, you'll find a place to place paperwork. I like to think of all the business conducted on stagecoaches and trains on this writing desk. How exciting it is! The outside measurements are 13 5/8" wide x 8 7/8" long x 5 1/2" tall. There are some cracks in the wood and some wear, to be expected with a piece of this age and a working piece.
