Strand of retailer 189 « Dutch donut » glass trade beads

retailer Good condition. Length of strand = 76cm; weight = 164g. Diameter = 13mm to 15mm.
These beads were manufactured in the Netherlands and their production stopped around the year 1900. They are thus very ancient. They used to be called « dutch donuts » by the merchants who exchanged them in Africa for ivory, gold, oil…
