This is an Antique Vintage oval brooch, Ornate goldtone bezel surrounds a creamy off white colored. Which features a Hand Painted/Transfer Cameo of a pretty Victorian era woman in a blue dress with fancy hairstyle, +Portrait is mounted on a gold tone twisted Rope Trim, with a C-Clasp metal frame. +Brooch is made from a clear plastic over the portrait, meant to mimic porcelain. I believe the item is from the 1940's. The Brooch is in great vintage condition for it age and come with a beautiful Tiffany blue jewelry gift box.
