Our Story
J.H. Breakell & Co. was founded in 1972 by Jim Breakell. For more than 47 years, we have designed and made our jewelry by hand in our Newport RI workshop. Our mission is to fuse creativity with craft, with a commitment to carrying on the time-honored tradition of fine metalsmithing. All of our pieces are made by our master craftsmen and embossed with the Breakell hallmark, a symbol of quality, design, and tradition.
