You can order any number of adults, children and pets. Each family member is lovingly recreated in wooden miniature. I take the essence of a person or pet and condense them into a stylized mini figure. Each mini figure is hand painted by me - so each one is unique!

Your set will come boxed.

The peg heights range from 9cm to 3cm - you are able to choose the size of peg doll for your figure/s

**HOW TO BUY**
If you would like to message me prior to placing an order I am happy to discuss your specific requirements, the turnaround time and the costs for your family portrait. Alternatively, just choose the number of figures you require from the drop down menu. Adults, children and pets are all classed as one figure. The total number of these should be chosen from the first drop down menu. If you would also like a tiny baby figure please select one of the options from the second drop down menu. **TURNAROUND**
THE NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME BEFORE YOUR ITEMS WILL BE READY TO SHIP TO YOU IS 6 WEEKS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR PHOTOS, THEN DELIVERY TIME WILL ALSO HAVE TO BE ADDED. IF YOU NEED YOUR FIGURES SOONER PLEASE MESSAGE ME WITH YOUR DEADLINE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, so that I can confirm that I can meet your schedule. [At busy time of the year retailer or if your order is particularly large turnaround can be a lot longer.]


**PRODUCTION**
Once you have made your purchase I will ask you to email me with photos of all the family members. It will be beneficial to have well lit photos from as many different angles as possible. In particular I will need to see:

• Face
• Hairstyles and hair colour
• The outfit you want each figure to be wearing - choose a recognizable outfit that really sums them up.
(They dont need to be wearing the outfit and individual photos of the items of clothing can be supplied)
• Any features you wish me to include ie glasses, tattoos etc
• Pet face close up and full body shots from different angles.

You can send as many photos as you wish - the more the better!

PLEASE NOTE: My human figures do not have detailed facial features - I only normally include dot eyes, eyebrows, spectacles and any facial hair such as beards and moustaches! Therefore your figure will be a stylized recreation of your family member - not a realistic portrait! Supplying good photographs will help me capture their likeness. Most human figures will not need 3D add-ons. However, some hairstyles are particularly hard to recreate without 3D (for example top knots and buns). Once I receive your photos I will advise you if any 3D parts need to be added. One 3D add on is included in the price, further 3D features will come with a small additonal cost. All pets will come with 3D ears included in the price - all other features will be 2D painted.


**YOUR APPROVAL**
I can provide pictures of your painted figures prior to completion to make sure you are happy with your family before they are finally varnished. Please scroll down FAQs to see information on making revisions. Once you have approved your figures despatch will be 3 to 4 days later (allowing time for varnish and drying before packing).


**DELIVERY**

UK DELIVERY
Your order will be sent out to you Royal Mail 2nd Class Track & Signed.
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped to you immediately on completion. However, please be aware that actual delivery may take longer than the 5-7 working days stated by the UK postal service. Once the item has left me here I have no control over the delivery schedule or any hold up at customs.


**RETURNS AND REFUNDS**
Unfortunately, your custom made orders cannot be returned. However, should you have any issues or problems I will be happy to discuss these with you and be as flexible as possible.
