Very stylish clip with strong, snappy clasp which has a single 'tooth' on the inside for gripping fabric or fur.
Its theme depicts a fine combination of 'Aztec/oriental' design in gilt metal with 5 lozenge shaped cabochon glass stones set into wedge shaped settings.

In nice vintage condition. It is possibly French? 1930-40. The glass stones are very slightly more 'dull blue' in colour (not quite so turquoise) as the retailer pics and there are very tiny nibbles around the base of some of the stones ( if you look very closely! )
This is a good solid clip with a handsome appearance and looks great with a chain or torc to create a pendant. In effect this clip makes a convertible piece of classic jewellery!
