Native american seed bead eagle and whale woven retailer necklace

This necklace is very special and interesting. I found it in an antique shop several
years ago. The seed beads used are transparent. The background has clear color
beads and the figures which include eagle, whales, men in boats, and arrows are
done in transparent colored beads. The main color of retailer the figures is cobalt blue.
The main eagle over the fringe work has blue and red beads. The front center
measures 1&9/16” across. The neck opening is 24” long. The back has a simple eye and hook clasp and is tapered down to 5 woven beads with an arrow design.
