Length is totally up to you, my chart is an average sizing from armpit to floor but you can measure your little one from armpit to floor or knees and let me a message at checkout retailer with that info

Wings: wings are not attached to the dress, they have two elastic bands and you can put them on like a backpack

Hairpiece is the one showing in last picture, same piece can be attached to a clip, barrette, elastic or hard headband, you will be able to choose at checkout
