Retailer Curious Lions

This graphite drawing of two lions and the butterfly was an absolute joy to make, and one of my first pieces coming off a long hiatus from art in general. I am always looking for references and to create art pieces that capture the spirits of the animals in them. In this case, the curiosity of a young lion and cub. This piece clocked in at around 70 hours of work. *All prints come custom-matted with a protective retailer foam core backing in a non-acidic plastic sleeve. Frame not included.*
