Retailer Lemons

As the daughter of two visual artists whose studios both spilled into my childhood home, I have only ever known to express my ideas, struggles, joys, uncertainties and successes through acts of creation.

Having studied printmaking in college, my retailer work today, which is primarily mixed media on paper, infers a print-inspired quality. In the spirit of a wood carving and intaglio technique, many of my pieces are grounded by drawn black line,

My oeuvre focuses on life's unsung simpleness. The fleeting unnoticed - the small, profoundly significant scenes that reframe a moment when given the time to do so.
