These headphones are in very good used condition and everything works great. They have worked well with no issues for me for years, and I kept them in great condition. I am only selling them because I upgraded to Sennheiser Bluetooth headphones. I bought brand new genuine ear pads as a replacement about a year and 3 months ago, so the ear pads are not in perfect condition but haven't deteriorated yet. I am included a pair of new off-brand earpads that I bought as a backup but never used them. The carrying case is in excellent condition as I hardly ever used it. The instruction manual is unopened.
