Vintage 1940's Full Face Veiled Black Topper retailer Tilt Hat With Gold Studded Deisgn Grosgrain Ribbon Bow / New York Creations / Adjustable Size

Absolutely stunning hat! This is made with a black wool felt base and is meant to sit perched towards the front of the head. This has veiling which covers the whole face and goes to under chin length. There is a little gold studded detail and a bow in the back. A circular wire felt piece helps this sit on the head. Interior grosgrain band.

Very good minus vintage condition. Has minor signs of wear, some of the retailer veiling has tears, and there is light patina/wear to the gold studs. Wears very well and veiling could be re-done or worn as-is!

This is an adjustable size, and would probably fit about 21"-23" and maybe a little more outside that range. The hat itself is just under 3" tall.
