This skirt is one-of-a-kind, designed in my small studio on the shores of
Lake Chargogagoggmanchaugagoggchabunagungamaugg, locally known as Webster Lake.

This skirt was made with waist elastic measurements 38 to 44 inches, Women Sizes 18 - 20 - 22.

Waistline is measured just above retailer belly button for these skirts. Seam tape hem is finished length of 33 inches.

I have a standard sewing pattern size chart listed in photos to help determine measurements.

Very comfortable and can be for any season depending on the blouse worn.
