Rare Little Box Bag from the 50's or 60's

Has a metal frame and cute twisted Metal Handle.
The body is a plastic glitter bubble material that is soft to the touch .
The interior is lined in very clean black material.

Very good Condition , there is some red showing through on some of the bubbles as you can see in one of the photos , at the retailer top of one side of the bag (I am guessing it is part of the plastic).

Very cool, pretty little bag ~
