20s 30s Black Antique Lace up Oxfords Size retailer EU 38 UK 5

EU 38, UK 5. Lovely low retailer heel lace up shoes from the 20s or 30s. They have a nice decor stitching and small holes decor. They are made of leather and probably Norwegian . Marked a size 6, but I think they run small. They have a comfortable low heel. They measure 24,2 cm on the inside and 8,3 cm across at the widest point on the underside. They have some wear (see pics), but are still in good antique condition .
Sizing is difficult and no shoe sizing chart says the same, please go by the measurements.
